Payment Questions:
Q1: What methods of payment
do you offer?
A: Credit Card, Bank Deposit, PayPal,
Australian Post Money Order
Q2: Is your online credit
card payment process secure?
A: Yes certainly, we use a
secure payment page with secure payment processing
Q3: Are you a credit
card merchant registered business in Australia?
A: Yes, we are registered with
the merchant banking association here in Australia.
Q4: Can I make a credit
card payment over the phone to your company?
A: Yes, email us & list
your phone number & what product your want to buy. One of our
sales team will then ring you.
Q5: How do I pay for my
order by bank deposit?
A: Email us with your order
& your details, then one of our sales team will email you our bank
details.
Product Price Questions:
Q1: If I buy
multiple products in the same order, will the shipping be cheaper per
unit.
A: Yes certainly, our
shopping cart may not reduce the shipping price, however you can do 2
things.
1st: You can proceed with the checkout process through our
shopping cart, then when we process the payment we will change the
shipping price & give you a discount (normally we give a 50%
discount on shipping for the 2nd,3rd etc quantity) 2nd:
Email us with your full order details & shipping details, we will
reply by email with the shipping quote.
Q2 If I buy bulk of the
same product, will the product price be lowered?
A: Yes certainly, all genuine bulk
orders will receive a good discount on the product price, however
quantity rules apply (5 to 10pcs for some products, other
products will require 20pcs or
more)
Customer Support Questions:
Q1: Do you offer
customer support for questions I may have?
A: Yes certainly, just
email us with your question and we will answer your questions via
email?
Q2: Do you offer
product support for user questions & help with the product
functions & features?
A: Yes certainly, some
products we offer have a lot of features & uses, and we understand
that not every customer will be able to use them all instantly. In
some cases we will even supply screen shots & step by step
instructions where needed. However please try to read the user manual
that came with the product before emailing us.
Warranty Questions:
Q1: Do your
products come with a warranty?
A: Yes of course, most
products come with a 12 month warranty, unless otherwise stated. The
warranty will include parts & labour for the term of the warranty.
Products are to sent to our company in Australia for repair. Warranty
does not include miss use or user damage.
Q2: Do you offer
parts & repair after the warranty period ends?
A: Yes, our technicians can
repair & replace parts after the warranty period ends. The parts
& labour will be at the cost of the customer.
Shipping Questions:
Q1: Do you
ship internationally?
A: Yes we do, in the
checkout process, you will need to select your country from the drop
down menu. If your country is not listed then we will not ship to your
location.
Q2: How
long does shipping take to arrive at my door?
A: Shipping
can take anywhere from 7days to 14 days depending on your
location.
